What we keep

If you make an account, we keep your name, email, and a scrambled version of your password. Delivery addresses you save include the recipient, address, postcode, and phone number.

An order keeps what you bought, the total, whether it is for delivery or collection, any note, and the date you asked for. The basket on this device is remembered with a session cookie until you check out or it expires.

If you write to us from the contact or events page, we use what you send to reply. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them on for other people's marketing.

Why we use them

We use these details to take your order, post or prepare it, and talk to you about it. Password reset emails and messages about an order are part of that. Other emails, such as news, only go out if you have not unsubscribed.

Cookies and other sites

The site sets a cookie so you can stay signed in and keep a basket. Pages also load fonts and scripts from Google and a few other providers so the site can display. We do not run advertising trackers.

How long, and your choices

We keep account and order details while we need them for your orders, and for the records a business has to hold. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete your account. Email hello@topped.uk. Unsubscribing stops the extra emails. It does not stop mail about an order or a password reset.
